Concerning the process of winding-up of the dependent business company

Guided by the clause 19.1. of the Instructions on the procedure for disclosing information on the securities market, approved by resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus dated 13.06.2016 No. 43 “On disclosing information on the securities market” (hereinafter the “Instruction”),  Keramin JSC, seat: 220024, Minsk, Serova str., 22, office No.1 in addition to the information disclosed on April 24, 2018, hereby informs that the stage of the cassation appeal has been completed, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, of the ruling of the Economic Court of the Dnipropetrovsk Region dated December 13, 2017 (decision of the authorised body), which terminated bankruptcy proceedings and closed down Trading house“ Keramin – Ukraine” CJSC (resident of Ukraine, seat and mail address Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk region, town settlement Yubileyny, Magistralnaya str., 34) with the exception from the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals-Entrepreneurs and Public Associations (the item was entered on 01/19/2018 No. 12031170018001440 on the termination of the legal entity of Trading House “Keramin-Ukraine” CJSC in connection with its recognition as bankrupt).
