Concerning effecting deals with the interest of affiliated persons

Keramin JSC, on the basis of Article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 05.01.2015 No. 231-Z “Concerning the Securities Market”, hereby notifies that by decision of the Supervisory Board of the Company dated 13.04.2018 (protocol No. 3) was made a decision to effect a deal with the interest of affiliated persons in accordance with the Appendix.
